While each team coaching and development engagement is tailored to that unique environment, the general structure of a team development project looks like this:

TEAM COACHING & DEVELOPMENT

The team members are the best one to identify what needs to happen, where their potential is being stifled by process, structures or people dynamics.   To put words on these opportunities and strengths, Kerri will: 

  • Conduct a readiness assessment

  • Confidential 1:1 fireside chats with team members to generate: 

    • Identify themes and opportunities

    • Developing a report that generically summarizes the fireside chats

    • Facilitate a group discussion about the report

  • Slow down the group to identify its values and goals

  • Helping the group identify the norms, values, and behaviors needed to achieve its ambitious goals 

  • Determining how the group wants to be held accountable

  • Observation of the group in action

  • Feedback to the group

  • Leadership 1:1 coaching

  • Tailored training around skills to help the group achieve its ambitious goals

  • Teams with 1-5 members:  $14,997

  • Teams with 6-10 members: $24,997

  • Teams with 11+ members:  determined in discussion with Kerri

The TRANSFORMATIVE 6-month group development package includes:
  • Group meetings of up to 5 team members + leader

    • During the first two months, 3 group meetings

    • 3rd month on, meeting monthly, or as needed

  • 6 Leadership coaching related to group work

  • Strengths Finder assessment and group interpretation

  • Open access to Kerri at any point during the engagement
