Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is a structured, safe and confidential dialogue that helps leaders untangle the complexities of leadership to determine their best path forward. Coaching is based on the concept that the leader engaging in coaching is the one in the trench, and therefore, knows the variables and environment better than anyone.
Executive coaching is not therapy or mentoring. It is a space where you can slow down to think are held accountable to take action and be your best.

What are Kerri's credentials?

Kerri holds an MCC certification - that is the highest certification that the prestigious International Coaching Federation offers. To earn this gold standard, Kerri has to have paid coaching hours in excess of over 2,500 hours, pass two exams and submit sessions that are reviewed to ensure that she is meeting this gold standard.
Additionally, Kerri has her PhD that focused on educational leadership and she has served in a variety of leadership roles for nearly 30 years.
