The ASKhole™ concept is a fun term that gets at a serious topic.  In the ASKhole™ Framework training, Kerri pulls from the audience to get real examples of the challenges leaders currently face and helps the group think through how to apply the ASKhole framework's six strategies.

You will experience laughter, collaboration, and stretching.  The group will unlearn some traditional ways of approaching leadership, learn to let go and empower others so you have better problem solvers and have more time to do the leadership work you love.

Here is an outline of the investment and what the training will include: 

Some groups break up the training into several sessions so that leaders and employees have a chance to implement the concepts and talk through how their skills are developing.

The duration of the training time will limit how deep we can dive into the ASKhole™ Framework's concepts.   

​

  • 90-minute workshop includes for groups up to 20 people:

    • Pre-meetings with leadership team to align content with organizational goals

    • All-participant access to Kerri pre- and post- training to answer questions and apply the content

    • Content typically covers the first three of six concepts in the ASKhole™ Framework.  These first three are pivotal to moving forward.

    • Virtual facilitation:  $1,497

    • In-person investment starting from: $2,997 + travel

  • Half-day (up to 3.5 hours) workshop for up to 20 people includes: 

    • Interviews with several audience members to design tailored content
    • Pre-meetings with leadership team to align content with organizational goals
    • Partnership with leadership team to strategize on on-going work 
    • Pre-meeting homework, as appropriate 
    • The half-day workshop allows groups go go through all six of the strategies in the ASKhole™ Framework.

    • Virtual facilitation:  $2,497

    • In-person investment starting from: $4,447 + travel

  • Full-day (up to 7 hours) virtual workshop for up to 20 people includes:

    • Interviews with several audience members to design tailored content

    • Pre-meetings with leadership team to align content with organizational goals

    • Pre-meeting homework, as appropriate 

    • Post-workshop homework 

    • The full-day workshop empowers teams to learn all six strategies in the ASKhole™ Framework and infuse a number of other communication and leadership tips along the way.  This is a rigorous training with case study application, group work and collaboration.

    • Complimentary 60-minute workshop within a month to review concepts and build habits

    • Virtual facilitation:  $3,947

    • In-person investment starting from: $7,997 + travel
