About your facilitator
Kerri Burchill, Phd, MCC incorporated her company, North Star Coaching. LLC in 2018. She was still working in a traditional 1099 role that she found frustrating and misaligned with her values. She didn't know anything about running her own business and was admittedly apprehensive to venture out on her own .
So she stayed in the role until she moved to San Antonio in 2021, at which point Kerri transitioned into full-time consulting.
In her first year as a solopreneur, Kerri doubled her previous year's salary and it's been uphill ever since.
Kerri's only regret is that she didn't transition to full-time work sooner.
Kerri has lived the transition to owning your business and has successfully established her business. She doesn't claim to be the expert. She is the professional who has lived in the trench, who lives in the trench, and is here to help you accomplish your goals.
