Stress. Yep. That word that we make sound sweeter by saying "stressed" is desserts spelled backwards.
Forget the sweetness of "s-t-r-e-s-s-e-d" backwards. Being stressed sucks. As I have worked with teams on resilience, these four strategies are quickly bought into and definitely help get us to a sweet spot.
