Lesson 3: You Inspire Others
You inspire others, but only if you share what you’ve accomplished. Openly, honestly, and humbly, like how Scotty portrayed his journey.
I met scotty picking up my race kit for a 5k run earlier this month.
Scotty simply shared facts that inspire, like the logo on his blue running shirt he wore on race day.
He wears his mission loudly and proudly.
It is easy to run into 2025 with big expectations of yourselves. When in reality, the day-to-day work and how you show up, is everything.
You have some Scotty in you.
You have pushed through fear (lesson #1). You have a group that you belong with and that is powerful (lesson #2). You have overcome hard things that inspire others (lesson #3).
