Training leaders about the ASKhole™ Framework is only a piece of what Kerri can help leaders with.   She also offers team coaching, one-on-one executive coaching, mastermind groups and keynote speaking.
 

Kerri's leadership development training programs are highly interactive.  In her first career, Kerri was an educator in middle schools and in colleges like Johns Hopkins University and the University of Michigan, so you can anticipate that her programs are educative, highly interactive, and will build on leaders' talents. 

 

Each engagement is tailor made. 

In her training sessions, Kerri engages through reflective activities, audience input and role playing.

Team and Executive Coaching

Leadership coaching is a partnership between Kerri and the leader that helps leaders slow down, pull out of the day-to-day spin, apply principles from the ASKhole™ Framework, and slow down to go fast. 

 

While the leader drives the agenda, Kerri is that accountability partner to keep leaders focused on their ambitious goals so they feel fabulous about their work 

These sessions are confidential, intense and transformative.

Mastermind
Groups

Mastermind groups are all about slowing down and capitalizing on the expertise in the room.  Each mastermind is tailored to the group's needs.  They are typically once a month for 90-minutes, and provide a space where every leader shares their priorities, leverages the group's experiences to tackle their obstacles and hold each other accountable in the most confidential, supportive way imaginable. 

Masterminds can be for a group of leaders in the same organization or leaders with diverse backgrounds.

Keynote 
Speaking

Kerri's keynotes are interactive, and leverage audience polling to nomralize the challenges leader face.  She engages the audience in applying the concepts to audience-driven case studies.

 

One of Kerri's superpowers is her ability to springboard off of what the audience says, in the moment, to tailor her keynotes to the audiences needs. 

 

To help sustain the learning, Kerri offers a free workshop to leaders after each keynote. 

  • 90-minute workshop includes for groups up to 20 people:

    • Pre-meetings with leadership team to align content with organizational goals

    • All-participant access to Kerri pre- and post- training to answer questions and apply the content

    • Virtual facilitation:  $999

    • In-person investment starting from: $1,997 + travel

  • Half day (up to 3.5 hours) workshop for up to 20 people includes: 

    • Interviews with several audience members to design tailored content
    • Pre-meetings with leadership team to align content with organizational goals
    • Partnership with leadership team to strategize on on-going work 
    • Pre-meeting homework, as appropriate 
    • Virtual facilitation:  $1,997

    • In-person investment starting from: $4,447 + travel

  • Full-day (up to 7 hours) virtual workshop for up to 20 people includes:

    • Interviews with several audience members to design tailored content

    • Pre-meetings with leadership team to align content with organizational goals

    • Pre-meeting homework, as appropriate 

    • Post-workshop homework 

    • Complimentary 60-minute workshop within a month to reinforce concepts and new behaviors

    • Virtual facilitation:  $3,447

    • In-person investment starting from: $5,997 + travel
